Calendar Events In Outlook
Rather than share your personal calendar make a separate or sub calendar.

On the left sidebar select calendar events from email. Read your upcoming meetings and appointments and view the monthly calendar. For an easier way to adjust the time use the calendar grid on the right.
Drag the file from your desktop into the new email. This makes it easier for users to quickly view all calendars within the group. From an open appointment meeting or event look for the categorize button on the ribbon in the tags group.
In the left pane under groups select a group. The shared calendar can be the owner s primary calendar or a custom calendar created by the owner. Or you can click the calendar tab and then click new event at the top left.
Select a day in the calendar to view the agenda. From your main calendar view right click the appointment meeting or event point to categorize and then click a color category. You can then add all of your event details on the left.
Calendar groups are a way to organize multiple calendars. Make a separate calendar in outlook by right clicking on calendar in the left navigation pane and choose new calendar. Click the email icon at the bottom of the outlook window to return to your messages.
