Google Calendar Email Notifications Not Working
Google calendar has basically taken over as the go to calendar for many users it s cross platform on the web and tied to your google account so it s super convenient and easy to use.
Google calendar email notifications not working. I did not receive an invitation to a google calendar event i was invited to. I ve called verizon tech support and they told me to clear the cache and data for google calendar uninstall reinstall it and go into boot mode to delete the cache. Notifications are set by the attendee s calendar.
My calendar email certainly weren t going to spam but this can t hurt. On the left under settings for my calendars click the calendar you want to change calendar settings. The event organizer can only set notifications for their own calendar not for attendees.
Under privacy and security click content settings. The notification system is also great but if you re not into the default notification system there s a quick and easy way to change it. Next to allow click add.
Go back in to notifications and create new default reminders. At the top right click more more and then settings. In the top right click settings settings.
On your computer open google calendar. Each of your email calendar can have its own defauls color notifications. Select menu top left scroll down to settings.
